If you need your order before your camping or road trip, just let us know and we'll provide your best shipping option.

Because of shipping distances, standard shipping rates will be added to orders with the following destinations:

USA: US Military APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico

CANADA: New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories

If you spot a lower price, below are a few simple guidelines we follow before honoring a price match request:

If you must return the item you purchased, here are just a few things to know:

- Call (800-300-4067) or e-mail us at info@hitchweb.com to initiate your return, and provide your order number and part number that you'd like to return or exchange.

- Returns will only be accepted 45 days from date of purchase.

- Returned items may be subject to restocking charge. If the fault is ours, restock charges will not apply.

- Freight must be prepaid to return destination.
