Free Shipping From and To Canada

Free shipping offer is not available for orders shipped to: New Brunswick, Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories.

Free Shipping From and To USA

Free shipping offer is not available for orders shipped to: US Military APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico.

Duty or Brokerage Fees

We ship from warehouses in Canada and United States, therefore there's no duty or brokerage fees.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside of United States and Canada, payment is ONLY accepted via US Money Order or Cashiers Check. Please call (800) 300-4067 or email us to make your order, and we’ll shop for the most economic and convenient shipping method. A quote will be sent for you to confirm before we process your order.

Return / Refund Policy

Our objective is to make the return process just as easy as the purchase itself. There are just a few things to know:

1. All returned items must have an approved RGA (Returns Good Authorization) number issued by hitchweb. You can get your RGA number by callinig 800-300-4067 or e-mail the hitchweb team at info@hitchweb.com

2. Returns will only be accepted 45 days from date of purchase.

3. Returned items may be subject to restocking charge. If the fault is ours, restock charges will not apply.

4. Freight must be prepaid to return destination.
