If for any reason you're not satisfied, whether it's for warranty or a product return, please fill the form below detailing all reasons for your request.





- Product returns are permitted within 365 days after date of purchase.


- Returned product must be complete with all components, and in its original packaging and condition (not installed).


- Return freight and/or restocking charges may apply unless it's a result of our error.


- Restocking fees will be applied to product returned without authorization, and Hitchweb reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.


- Upon submitting your request, please allow up to 3 business days for receipt of return authorization and instructions.


- We will notify you of your refund by email once your return has been received and processed.


- Please allow up to 14 business days to process from the date we receive your shipment.







- Product warranties will be authorized and handled as per the manufacturer's policy.


- Some manufactuers require or prefer to deal with the customer direct as oppose to original source of purchase.


- Approval of warranties may take 30 or more days depending on the manufacturer.

- No restocking or freight charges on approved warranties
