ARE ALL PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO THE USA? Not all products are available for distribution to the USA, such as Rhino Rack. Our site will show if products are only available in Canada.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER? Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 2 business days of your purchase date. If you do not receive your tracking number please contact our team. *Some delays possible during seasonal peaks.


IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED AT TIME OF RECEIPT? Our couriers won't require a signature when delivering an order. If nobody is present upon delivery in some cases the courier may opt to hold the package(s) at the nearest depot for pick up or leave it at your front door. Couriers who choose to hold the package(s), they will be held for approximately 5 business days and returned to sender if the customer fails to claim / pick up their order within this period, in which case the customer may incur a charge to cover the cost of returning the product/order.


CAN WE PICKUP OUR ORDER? In some special cases it will be possible, please submit a pickup request with your order.


DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES? Unfortunately the couriers we use will not allow shipments to PO Box, a physical street address is required.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DELIVER? Majority of orders arrive 3-10 business days after they've been submitted, depending on product ordered and shipping location.


ARE ETA'S GUARANTEED? They are estimated, but majority of orders are shipped on the same or next business day, and we use couriers that offer the quickest and most reliable service available for your location.
