  • Where is hitchweb located? The customer service department is located in Vancouver, British Columbia, with its technical team in Winnipeg Manitoba, and has access to warehouses throughout Canada and the USA.

ADDITONAL FEES / CHARGES

  • At the time of delivery, will any fees be charged by the courier? No, all charges are paid at the time of purchase; no additional OR hidden fees will be charged after the payment is processed.
     
  • Do you charge duty to ship to Canada? No, as our orders are shipped from Canadian warehouses there will be no duty charges
     
  • Do you charge Canadian dollars? Yes, should see CAD currency on your shopping cart and at checkout.
     
  • Can we pay for our order at the time of pickup or arrival? No, all orders must be paid online or over the phone with our customer service team. A receipt will be emailed to you as soon as the payment is processed.

SHIPPING

Shipping to Canada

  • Do you ship to Canada? Yes, we ship all Canadian orders directly from Canadian warehouses located in Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.
  • Is a signature required at time of receipt? Our couriers will often require your (the customer) signature when delivering an order. If the customer is not present upon delivery to provide the required signature, it will be held at the nearest depot for pick up. The order is held for approximately 10 days and returned to Hitchweb if the customer fails to claim / pick up their order within this period, in which case the customer may incur a charge to cover the cost of returning the product/order. The customer may choose to waive the signature requirement by phone when placing an order, in which case the customer assumes all responsibility for damaged or lost product while in transit.
     
  • Do you charge duty to ship to Canada? No, as our orders are shipped from Canadian warehouses there will be no duty charges
     
  • Can I look up my tracking number online? Not currently but our team is working on it. Your tracking number should be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase date. If you do not receive your tracking number please contact our team.
     
  • Can we pick up our order? Please contact our team to find out where your order is shipping from. If the order is shipped directly from a manufacturer warehouse, pickups are not allowed.
     
  • Can we pay for our order at the time of pickup or arrival? No, all orders must be paid online or over the phone with our customer service team. A receipt will be emailed to you as soon as the payment is processed.
     
  • Why can’t hitchweb ship to PO Box addresses? Unfortunately the couriers we use will not allow shipments to PO Box addresses.
     
  • Can I use my own courier? Please contact our team before purchasing so that we can obtain the courier business name, telephone number and your account number. hitchweb will not cover any added shipping fees charged by preferred couriers.
  • How long will it take to receive my order? Majority of orders arrive 1-3 business days after they've been submitted. There are orders that may take longer depending on the order's destination, or if a special order is required due to shortage of stock. For a more accurate ETA, please call or e-mail your postal code and part numbers that you’re interested in buying to our team.
     
  • Are ETA’s guaranteed? They are estimated, but majority of orders are shipped on the same day as they were placed, and we use couriers that offer the quickest and most reliable service available for your location.
