Hitchweb has been helpful in answering questions and accommodating when I pointed out an inconsistency in free shipping destinations (addressed in a ticket). One issue I had was the bar length guide that I referenced was out of date.

I placed a very last minute order with Hitchweb for some Rhino-Rack crossbars and legging kit for my new Toyota Sienna. Last minute as in I placed the order on a Tuesady and I was leaving camping the coming Sunday. I called to make sure that one, the website was quoting the right rack for my car, and two, to see if it would arrive on time. The customer service was great and I was told my shipment should arrive on time. Lo and behold, the racks appeared that Thursday.
