The website and ordering experience was very smooth. I was surprised however that the hitch was delivered without any packaging, just the mounting hardware and packing slip taped on with shipping tape!. As a result, some of the paint was scratched and chipped. After reviewing the "Damaged Item or Missing Components" section on https://www.hitchweb.com/page/shipping-returns, only then did I see that this is Hitchweb's standard procedure. So now I'm waiting to receive a can of the paint recommended by the hitch manufacturer, so that I can patch up the damage before installing the hitch. Perhaps in the future Hitchweb can find a way to better protect the product from this cosmetic damage - at least wrap the protruding portions (especially the exposed receiver itself) in some protective foam or other material to avoid/limit such damage.

Overall my experience was very good. I never did receive a tracking number as mentioned in the confirmation but the hitch arrived quickly 4 days after ordered. Thank you very much.
