The description doesn't indicate this, but it's a 5mm pin-in hex key; or a tamper resistant hex key. I bought it for a Rola brand roof rack I bought second hand that lost all the installation hardware and it's compatible. Hitchweb accepted my payment early in the week, received no emails about confirmation and shipping information; but no need because I received the product at my doorstep by the end of the week (Toronto)! Thanks Hitchweb!
