There were no major issues, the hitch arrived in good time, better than I expected under the current conditions with covid. One of the cardboard boxes inside a larger box busted in transit that ended up with some loose pieces inside the larger box. Thankfully the loose pieces just scratched a label, nothing to worry about. Packaging could be improved to survive these long hauls. The only issue is that I did not receive any emails regarding tracking, but in the end it all ended well!
