I ordered a BW 5th wheel hitch with puck mounting system for a GM. Using the website was easy, payment was straightforward. A tracking number came with the confirmation of shipping. The first package arrived 2 days later, then 2nd shipment 5 days later. As there was one tracking number I expected only one shipment, no big deal once I clued in a second one was coming. Good transaction, delivered to my door in CA dollars with shipping included in price . Doesn't get any easier.
