Good to deal with and their customer service gals are exceptional. The tracking message didn't come back to the person who paid the bill but to the end user. Then the delivery company could not delivery as the shipment had arrived after the truck had left the warehouse and would not let us come down and pick up. So after waiting a whole day for a delivery it arrived one package short. Somebody had forgot to mark 1 of 2 on the packages. Lucky for me the driver found the missing box and returned to the house with it that morning.
