I reached out to Hitchweb to inquire about the tracking for my order. I received both an email and a text to confirm the tracking number. The third party courier service required confirmation from Hitchweb that I could pick up my package rather than waiting a few days for delivery. Hitchweb immediately reached out to the courier and I was able to pick up my package that afternoon. Fantastic customer support. Keep up the good work!

Hitchweb was good, there was an error on the waybill with phone number shown as 250-373-6871 instead of the confirmed number of 250-383-6871. Purolator still does not show tracking number.
