Front tie downs installed no issues. Working on rear tiedowns.

The first parts were the wrong ones and they did get them returned before I was called to pick them up. Not to sure I would be using the shipping company as your fellow was getting the wrong times and so was I. They don't seem to have a very good tracking system and then if I was to call the pick up drop off they do not call you back. The fellow that was trying to get the parts to me was good but like myself he couldn't be sure the info he was getting was right.

Reps were great, very informative and knowleable. They even called back to confirm the options on my truck to be certain the hitch was right. Unfortunately the box was missing a part. They put us directly in touch with Torklift and we received the part very quickly. Hitch works great.
