The actual shopping experience was fine. The problem was that the tracking of the package was non-existent. I received tracking numbers for the various parts of my hitch 4 business days after my order. But these tracking numbers were never scanned in by the shipper. Lots of back-and-forth with their support/warehouse people trying to sort this out, nobody could say for sure where my order was or confirm that it was in fact shipped. I was about to call this morning and cancel the order (it's been 15 days since I placed the order - still no tracking/delivery) when a truck rolls up my driveway with the hitch. Good thing I just happened to be home! A smaller order that I placed was properly tracked/delivered.

B&W has a well made product, and installation went smoothly. If you need to tow a 5th wheel, all you need is the companion 5th wheel hitch, and the special post from B&W. Fits around TRD Dual exhaust without issues. I have ARB OME suspension in this truck, and it has the rear brake line mount spaced above the rear axle. I installed 2" longer stainless brake lines, and reverted to stock mounting location to ensure there wasn't any clearance issues. Smoother towing experience versus bumper pull trailers.

Great way to add a 5th wheel to my truck and only had to drill one three and a half inch hole in the box of my new truck. Detailed instructions and easy to do in the driveway. Very easy to use. The price was cheaper then local stores and Amazon. Amazon product cheaper but wanted to much to ship. Hitchweb price included shipping. Customer contact person very helpfull when talked to on phone. Only negative is had to pick up at Purolator depot because the do not deliver to rural addreses where UPS and Fedex do.

I had the need of this hitch and with the help of Hitchweb I bought received the hitch and all that could have helped me was maybe a sign out on building. Other than that it was perfect ,thanks.
