The 5th wheel hitch bracket kit I purchased was very well made and fit on my truck properly. The instructions could have been better but I did eventually find the dimension I was looking for. My one concern was with the included frame washers and blocks, because while the included bolts and nuts were grade 8 the oversized washers and offset blocks were very soft and deformed, and could not be torqued to the required 80 ft-lb. I replaced them.
