Website is a little tricky to navigate, lacking some information in the descriptions, but the customer service representative was fantastic, she was thorough and very knowledgeable on the products, shipping was very fast,

I found the Hitchweb website contained much more info than the RhinoRack site with the exception that neither suggested just how noisy the heavy duty racks are at highway speed. One pair of rack legs was missing from my shipment but less than 3 minutes on the phone to a friendly young woman at Hitchweb and I had the parts in 3 days.

My first contact with HitchWeb went without a hitch. Online order was very simple. I was informed product not available in Edmonton but they had it shipped from Ontario. Very fast service too considering my location. I would not hesitate to order from HitchWeb in the future. Well done HitchWeb.
