Easy to use the web site. Only problem was that one item was out of stock.

I used to work for hitchweb so I already knew my way around the website. Shipping was quick as per usual and the products are in good condition.

Hitchweb pricematched my item and shipping was very fast.

Telephone support is awesome. All items shipped of good quality, even OEM. My only issue is estimation of deliver. My most recent order was shipped divided. The estimated delivery was “Monday” One box arrive early on Wednesday and the other on Thursday. Both way ahead of schedule. I am pleased to get them early, however if I am not home the parcels are held in the closest town a 90 minute round trip. I have made the comment “No signature, please leave” but it appears that is not an option. Thanks for asking!

July 21 : Fast delivery, but one of the item was defective. I contact Hitchweb by phone on the day of the delivery and the employee was really kind. But, now I have to wait for them to get an answer by the manufacturer. For a better service, Hitchweb should replace immediately my item and keep the replacement's problem for themselves, I don't have to wait for that. July 23 : I just receive an answer from Hitchweb and the defective item will be replace by the manufacturer. Hitchweb employee already took care about the shipping and she gave my quick feedback of the situation. Finally, fast shipping, fast replacement and very good customer services.

Ordered a hitch, brake controller and wiring package. On Sunday night. On Tuesday, I got an email my brake controller wasn't in stock. I picked another. Thought Ok, ill probably see it Friday. Told my mechanic to watch for it. He let me know it had arrived Wednesday morning at 930am!!! I was shocked at the speed of service and how helpful Susan Harding was. Thank you!
