shipping was fast. P urolator tracking is not good. USPS and UPS are much better and easier to do. hitch came , read the instructions. said a pro has it done in 30 minutes. a novice 45 minutes. need to put 5 good quality bolts in 5 threaded holles. had 4 in n 20 minutes. 4 hours later I got #5 in. the hole in the hitch was off by a half nch. long story but I did get it in the last hole. improper drilling. still waiting on the wireing harness to arive. hope it has good instructions. I think it needs to plug into the tail lite. I looked at the lite and I see no easy way to get the lite out.

Hitch and accessories arrived in three days. Everything was there. It was easy but took a little time to install. Wiring installation was easy and quick. It was nice that everything was accessible on video for easy installation. Saved myself $300-$500 by putting in 3 hours total work. Very Happy

I put in 3 orders. 2 were shipped by Fed Ex and I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery. The 3rd shipment was with Purolator and was stated as 3 pieces. The first piece arrived but was actually 2 of the 3. The final piece was on the same truck but the driver did not know it and was in too much of a hurry to bother looking for it. After a call to Purolator the driver returned to deliver it.

I placed an order on Friday, August 31, 2018 and received an e-mail on Tuesday morning (Monday being Labour Day) advising one of the items was on back order with a substitute suggested if I did not wish to wait. I selected the substitute, finalizing the order on the Tuesday afternoon. The next day the hitch arrived in the afternoon. Not sure how you beat this for service. Excellent on all accounts.

I picked up a hitch and a wiring kit. The hitch was dead easy to install. My only small issue is the 4 pin end of the wiring harness did not have a mounting point or bracket so hopefully I can send only that part back. I'll buy from these guys again on my next jeep

I was looking to start towing with my vehicle. I was amazed at the prices with local retailers such as Canadian tire. I decided to look online and I stumbled across HitchWeb. The website was easy, matched the proper hitch receiver to year make and model. It also recommended the proper ball mount as well. I added the wiring harness and the ball that I needed. I got everything for only $30 more than just the hitch receiver at Canadian tire. This included taxes and the shipping was free. I placed my order at 10pm Thursday. Ordered Curt Class 3 Hitch and wiring harness for new 2017 Rav 4. About $1100 less than the Toyota dealer wanted and took me about 2-1/2 hours so I guess I made about $400 / hour. The hitch came Friday after ordering on Tuesday so I was on the water by the weekend. Great products and Great service. I highly recommend Hitchweb for your towing equipment needs. PS.. dont forget to order the pin for the receiver, had to run to Canadian Tire ---- no biggie though.

I ordered my stuff thursday night and never received any shipping confirmation before monday, the day I received my package? The reason I don't give a 5 stars is shipping option: I was not there at the time of delivery and Fedex leave the package at the door. I live on a busy street, anybody could have take it. Not a safe way to deliver valuable package.
