I really enjoyed the hitch I bought. In unrelated news, I found a scorpion in my cowboy boot and it shot fire out of it's stinger at me. But it hit my horse and she blew up like a meteor hit her!

Seems straight forward

I made a mistake ordering the harness. Ordered the harness for a 2010 model versus 2016. The customer service representative was very helpful in processing an exchange. And as a courtesy waived off the restocking fee as well. A good experience overall.

Ordered a tow hitch for my 2020 Toyota Rav4, arrived quickly, can't wait to install it.

Along with the hitch and ball mount that I ordered, I was hoping to also order a 12mm x 1.25 tap to clean out the vehicle mounting point threaded holes and an anti-rattle hitch mount pin but I could not find them on your web site. I had to source them somewhere else. For future customer convenience, could you maybe add these items to your product line-up?

Was pleased with product and fast shipping. Very good product. The only thing I was very disappointed in was the shipping cost. It said free over $100 but yet was charged another $65 because they said I live in a remote area. I have ordered hitches here before and was not charged anything. Other than that very satisfied.

Everything was perfect! They had the hitch and ball/reciever I needed, great price and fast delivery, 2 days and free! I originally ordered from Amazon because it said in stock and free but when I went to track the package it said 6-8 weeks! I’m so glad I was able to cancel that order and find Hitchweb! They really came through with an excellent product, value and service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

all is good except for one thing, packaging, because the hitch itself was sticking out of the box, even with a heavy gage cardboard. I'm glad you taped the accessories to the hitch so it couldn't be separated. courrier services are not the most gentle All

I have ordered trailer hitch attachments from Hitchweb three times now and every time they deliver within 2 days, never had any problems with the order. Would 100% recommend.

Got our orders in exactly 4 business days, including the ordered date. The hitch brand we ordered was Curtis. Price is right and looks great! Can't wait to put it on our van. One thing we want to mention is that the cardboard box came with it was ripped because of the hitch knob punctured a hole through the box somehow. The FedEx deliveryman probably didn't read the "This side up" instruction on the box.

Ordered a hitch and T connector for my Santa Fe. Tracking info was sent quickly, product arrived in 2 days and the packaging was great. Would definitely us them again.

Ordered hitch, wiring and ball/receiver on Friday afternoon. Received delivery confirmation with tracking number on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday. Delivered on time, all parts were there. Haven't installed it yet to check for fit. All in all a quick and painless hitch and accessories purchase.

Just great! Amazing prices, amazing customer service. I had to change one item in my order (to a slightly more expensive one) after I placed the order. They didn't even charge me the difference. Received all items promptly in two different packages. Only drawback (I guess it's not hitchweb's fault) is that the free shipping in Canada does not apply when shipping to the Maritimes.
