Not only did Hitchweb end up having the best prices for the hitch I wanted, they also offered free shipping! Now if you live in the US free shipping is pretty common, but amongst Canadian retailers it seems surprisingly rare. So to get the hitch I needed, at the cheapest price I could find, AND to have free shipping to my door was beyond excellent. I ordered the hitch and had it in my hands in less than a week. I would not hesitate to do business with Hitchweb again.
