We spoke with a representative then ordered on line, all excellant. On another purchase we purchased a tekonsha p3 and a wiring harness for my Tundra. Assembly went well, BUT the cable into the controller does not seat well, the P3 was flashing off and on until I pushed the connector on tighter. Not sure if it will stay that way though. The harness box was open when it arrived and a screw was missing. The controller box had been taped shut with packing tape, so not sure whether we had received open box,s of the items. The connection should be secure, so I am not sure what is the problem whether it is the harness or the connection on the controller.

I was quite satisfied with the purchase experience I had. Customer service was very helpful when I mistakenly ordered 2 pairs of the same product, when all I needed was 1. The main package I ordered was a WDH and it arrived with much damage to the box, but everything was there and in good condition.

Found what I needed at a good price. It would be helpful if the hitch ball was included (Or that they sold it separately) as the equalizer ball is very hard to come by.
