Shipping with Fedex is a disgrace. Deliver to wrong address more than 120 km away and still have not received. Tracking number 437543557762. As an update. This is not a reflection of Hitchweb but of Fedex. Fast delivery & good quality

The delivery time was very fast. I opted to not install the hitch myself but did the electrical hookup. The instructions and photos for that part were a wee bit less than fantastic. Turned out to be a bit harder than anticipated for my current vehicle, an SUV. Had done it before on a sedan with much less difficulty. However got it done and it works well. I would go back in future if I changed vehicle. MUCH less expensive than the trailer hitch specialist sales/installers.

Fast delivery and great fit. Product was exactly as stated. The only complaint I could say is that the estimated 20 minute installation time is not true unless you are under a hoist with 2 people. The feeder wires work well but for security of not losing the front bolt back into the frame once the feed wire was removed I used a 10 inch piece flattened and bent of 1/2 copper pipe to hold down front bolt from inside the frame. Worked great. I did the installation in the laneway by myself with the help of a floor jack to hold the hitch in place. All in all I am very pleased with the product.

I found Your Company on the web which I shared. I needed hitch for my 2017 Honda CRV. I searched and found the hitch needed for my vehicle. I phoned your personnel and ordered the item on the phone, the assistant was very helpful in checking for the correct item and placed the order. Your personnel was very observant in stating the first electrical plug in harness was not in stock, and a substitute was recommended which cost was more than the original, the price was priced matched which was greatly appreciated.
