Hitchweb did find an issue with my first chosen hitch in regard to fitting my application and apologized immediately for the error in the listing on their website. I was given a list of correct hitches to choose from and made my selection from there. Tracking on the order was a bit weird but that is more on Purolater than on kitchen. Unfortunately the hitch arrived looking a little worse for wear than hoped, nothing structural but a lot of paint missing in an area of the hitch that is seen all the time (on the receiver), it could have been packed a bit better and this would have been prevented. Of course this will now rust so it will be disappointing in appearance before very long. Great to order from somewhere with competitive pricing that is not Amazon. Always prefer to support Canadian and local business first when pricing is competitive. Now that I see there are much more than hitches on the site I will be returning for other needs in the future.

Service and shipping were great only one minor issue the hitches are shipped unprotected the one I received was nicked up in several spots given they mount under a vehicle they will start rusting very soon.I took the step and coated it with stone maybe they could be shipped in boxes Thanks Brian Brinklow

There customer service is great when something goes wrong but you really need to work to provide the data and it's a very heavy item (hitch) to pick up and take back to Fedex when you are only one person. Otherwise, customer service is great and once we got the 2nd second hitch it was all good.

After 2 months of working with Hitchweb, they stepped up to fix my issues. I bought a DrawTite hitch from hitch web for my new Nissan. It didn’t fit. They connected me with the manufacturer’s support who confirmed via photos it was made wrong. After two weeks they replaced it... with the same incorrectly made hitch. I asked for a refund or a different vendors product. After going back and forth with Hitchweb and support, Hitchweb connected me with a supervisor who immediately sent me a different hitch from Curt which fit fine. They paid for return of the two hitches I had. Lessons: if something goes wrong with your order, phone, find a supervisor and work with them. Emails don’t get read. Drawtite support doesn’t communicate or care. Looking at both products...Curt makes a better hitch. It took 2 months but I got satisfaction and Hitchweb helped, they got me a product that worked and solved the issues created by incorrectly made Drawtite products.

Fast delivery. Only took 2 days. Curt class II trailer hitch fit 2016 Nissan Rogue perfectly. Did not need to lower muffler. Took 2 hours by myself to install. Did not need to raise SUV in any way; just crawled under. Used some blocks of wood and concrete block to help hold hitch in place until 1st bolt was in. Would have been easier with a helper but no one around when I was ready to work. Bolts were included; bolt washer teeth go up against the hitch with the bolt head on the smooth side. Have not put it to the test yet but seems firm when I pull or stand on it. Hitch only weighs 26 lbs so I am not sure why the company says 35.
