This is a great website. They had everything I needed for my van all in one place. The prices were reasonable and the fit on my van was perfect. I even ordered the wiring harness which the mechanic said was the simplest he is ever put on.

I order several items on Aug. 2 and received a notice that my order was confirmed and that I would be notified when my item would be shipped.On Aug. 6 I received 2 shipping notices as either Hitchweb or Purolator decided to split the order into 2 packages, but again confirming the order was shipped on Aug. 2nd. Upon checking the tracking number provided by purolator, both tracking numbers showed only the shipping label had been produced. I then check on Aug 4,5 & 6th to see the progress of the packages... still only the shipping label had been produced. On Aug. 7th AM I wrote an email tothe Hitchweb sales staff asking what the status of my order was and was assured that the order was on its way. On Aug. 7th the tracking site finally indicated that part of the order was out for delivery and was asked to confirm what was delivered.at approx. 4:40 PM 2 of the items that I order were delivered. later that day the secon part of my order showed up on the tracking from Purolator. The second part was delivered on Aug. 8th at 4:00 PM. From all of this I guess my advice to Hitchweb would be don't notify your customers until you can "confirm" actual shipment.

Received items as per description. Quite surprised to see that these heavy items reached in two day without extra shipping. Will shop in this site again.

Small hiccup with missing parts from my initial order, emailed customer service and with a few back and forth emails my replacements were shipped and received within a week. Easy process and quick shipping, worth buying from these guys!

Good service. Delivered to my door in 2 days, nothing missing, I recommend them to anyone.

Efficient website. Excellent product selection. Great pricing. Deliveries received in 48-72 hours. Email updates throughout. On inspection some outer boxes had some tears etc. which is common with shipper/receiving care but does require you to examine shipment prior to signing off from courier. Regardless, NO DAMAGE to internal merchandise. Very satisfied overall and will be the first place I look for products that they retail.

The fact that you have suppliers on both sides of the border is just genius. No duties to pay, What great service.

All items came as represented on time at a great price. What else can you say?
