I ordered a hitch Riser online, Tuesday, PM, having phoned up to get some help and advice. The lady that I spoke to in Customer service was courteous ans seemed very knowledgable. She even gave me a Coupon Code so I could get a discount on my part. Gotta love that ! I got an email on the following day, AM, asking for a Street address which I furnished them with. I did so and the item arrived the following day. Amazing. So Impressed with the service.
