We spoke with a representative then ordered on line, all excellant. On another purchase we purchased a tekonsha p3 and a wiring harness for my Tundra. Assembly went well, BUT the cable into the controller does not seat well, the P3 was flashing off and on until I pushed the connector on tighter. Not sure if it will stay that way though. The harness box was open when it arrived and a screw was missing. The controller box had been taped shut with packing tape, so not sure whether we had received open box,s of the items. The connection should be secure, so I am not sure what is the problem whether it is the harness or the connection on the controller.
