Dealing with Hitchweb was a very good experience, the message option was great and the person at the other end was helpful and knowlogable . The only bad thing was the shipping company, Day & Ross. when I ordered , I was told 2 to 5 days, 4 days later i got confirmation that it was out for delivery, the next day i called and was told that I would not receive it until Tuesday. I called Hitchweb and they advised me that I could pick it up. I am grateful to them. in the business that I am in, I deal with many shipping companies. this could be the worst experience that i have had in many years.
