My overall experience is good: online order,order status update etc. The only thing I do not like is delivery. The hitch is packaged with a plastic bag. When I opened it, paint on hitch is damaged pretty much everywhere. I definitely would return it if it is not in COVID-19 lockdown.

Ordered on Friday AM and received by Tuesday PM. The hitch appears very well made as it is quite heavy and their estimate for self-install was right on. It took me and a helper about 45 minutes to install on our Honda Pilot (definitely a 2-person job). My only concern is with the packaging. It came to my door with a gaping hole in the box and three of the corners of the hitch were scratched. Although it unlikely left the shipper with a hole in the box and they cannot control how the delivery company handles the product, perhaps they could rethink how they package the product? Wrapping the entire hitch with some form of foam or using stronger cardboard materials would likely solve the problem. I decided to accept the package because I didn't want to have to wait for a replacement and trust that a few minor scratches are not going to lead to any problems with the hitch. Very pleased with the clean look and fit! Would definitely recommend the product to others.

A couple of hiccups but great recovery. I ordered a Curt hitch and wiring package for a 2016 Honda Pilot. Both items fit perfectly and install was straight forward. I am confident that the hitch can pull way more than the Honda can. A nice piece of kit! There seemed to be a little confusion about inventory locations and delivery times and it took a few emails to get things sorted but the customer service representative was very prompt, courteous and apologetic. All's well that ends well.

Receivrd my order after 3 days of placing my order. Perfect for my 2014 Acura MDX. The hitch seems well made. The installation is easy. Have to lower the spare tire in order to tighten one of the bolts.
