Extremely fast delivery. Hitch arrived sticking out the box but I am assuming that was Fedex handling, not hitchweb. No damage to the hitch. Installation was difficult but again, not hitchwebs fault. Good, solid design. Be sure to read the instructions thoroughly, once assembled to the vehicle works great!!!

The product I was looking for was easy to find, all the information I needed to make a decision was clear in the description. Hitch arrived fast, free, and undamaged. Very clear instructions included, however I have not installed it yet. I will update this review when I do. Installation UPDATE: Installation was not the same as the provided instructions, but luckily it was easier. Doe’s not go into detail on how to remove bumper cover, and didn’t need to move exhaust on my specific vehicle (2015 Jeep Compass High Altitude), also did not need to fish bolts through frame (bolts pass through entire rail). I am licenced Mechanic and the installation was only 30 minutes or less. The reason this only received 4 stars was because of the generic set of instructions for installation, possibly it is a guide for ‘worst case’ depending on your specific model of Conpass/Patriot. I can understand not having a set of instructions to each variation. Otherwise from ordering to installation, I give it 5 stars.
