I tried to order the same products online through a big box store for over 7 months. I kept being told the products were on back order. I gave up and ordered from hitchweb and my order arrived less then 2 days after I ordered it. I'm so happy! I should have just ordered through hitchweb 7 months ago.

Fast delivery of the Trailer connector for my Ridgeline. Worked perfectly and solved the problem with the existing connector that the trailer shop had spliced in a few years ago. Only reason for not rating 5 stars is that I am still waiting for the mounting brackets from my order. However, with the connector, I was able to at least pull the trailer, so the most important part was covered. I acknowledge that the holidays certainly played a part here.
