Ordered a hitch and received confirmation of order and credit card was charged. Three business days later no tracking information. E-mailed customer service and was advised problem in the ware house but it had shipped that day and a tracking number would be sent in 24 hours. Three business days later still no tracking information so I telephoned them and was advised that it had shipped and they would call back with tracking information. Two days later no phone call. Finally on third day found out they had only just shipped it. Still waiting.
