My hitch arrived in damaged packaging with one small piece of hardware missing. Hitchweb customer service was easy to reach and acted quickly. They resolved the issue and my hitch is now installed.

It was shipped from their warehouse in Southern Ontario to Sudbury..no issues. Hitch fit perfectly and was the ideal replacement for my lighter duty factory hitch. After installation, the hitch total cost was about $150- 200 cheaper than what local trailer hitch guys quoted me, for the same hitch. B&W 15,000 Hitch for 2011 F250 Diesel
