My order wasn't shipped to me when Hitchweb said it was, they had to transfer my part from another warehouse which took an extra 8 business days. They blamed Purolator for the delay , and didn't confess until I confronted them after 4 or 5 emails. The product is good the package was opened and Purolator is terrible as well as they do not deliver to rural addresses.
