So far the ordering process has gone smoothlly.

Ordered a drawtite hitch for subaru forester. My only complaint is that the hitch should have been packaged better on the rub points, as it came slightly damaged with paint scraped off on the edges and hitch hole. There were also chunks of paint that had been knocked off, leaving exposed metal in spots. Had i known this I probably wouldve shoppes elsewhere.
