I ordered the 18klbs auto glide fifth wheel hitch with the ram puck system. I wasn't sure if I ordered the correct unit so I left them a note with my order and they called me the next business day to confirm my needs. Shipping was Ok as the 3rd party company had me stay in for a signed delivery and did not show up until the following day with no communication from them that they forgot about me. The hitch assembly went together quite easily and fit in the puck system perfectly. It does take up a fair bit of box space (Ram 6.4 box) but seems very sturdy for towing. I took it for a test ride with the trailer and it works very well and I am able to turn over 90 degrees. Overall very satisfied with the hitch so far.
