I appreciated the product selection and website layout that allowed me to find what I needed. However, after ordering and paying via Paypal, I did not receive some sort of email confirmation from Hitchweb. I did get an email confirmation from Paypal that my payment went through. I called Hitchweb the next day and spoke to Alicia L. who set everything straight. She was very courteous and capable. All the parts got to me within a reasonable time frame. I am happy to say that I have installed all components and everything is working like a charm. Thanks for your help!

The price was exceptional. Recieved in two days. Installed in about an hour. Saved about $300.

The receiver part of the hitch seems to be a bit out of square with the hitch frame but it should still work fine. Very quick delivery.

Could make the website a bit better once a vehicle is selected that other usual accessories also are filtered: ie don't have to go through the process for the wiring harness after selecting the hitch.
