I was a little skeptical at first because their prices were so much lower than the other websites I visited and I'd never heard of them before. But I gave them a chance and they delivered. I ordered a hitch for my SUV and it was shipped (free shipping) within a few days. When I received it I found that it hadn't been packaged properly and had been damaged in transit (paint chipped off everywhere from being dropped) so I contacted customer service. They were quick to reply and very helpful, offered to return the item and ship a new one or a credit which I took since I had already installed the hitch (after repainting it). 5/5 service and price, would definitely buy again.
