Easy to navigate. The pop ups were annoying

I was pleased when I received my hitch quicker than expected, however, the wiring connector that I also ordered was not in the box. The packing slip showed that it should have been. I e-mailed customer service and got no response. I called customer service and they told me that I'd have to take a picture of the box and contents to "prove" that I did not receive the connecter and e-mail the photos to the same e-mail I had already contacted. I was irritated, but did what was asked. I heard nothing back, again. Just a few minutes ago, however, my friendly neighbourhood Purolator Guy delivered the connector in it's own box. So, that was great, but if they had just told me what was happening, I'd have felt a whole lot better about the situation. Until it arrived, I felt like I was being ignored.

shipping was fast but the hitch didn't fit. I had to bring it to a machine shop. The wings that go on the outside of the frame was to narrow. By eye you could see that the wing on the drivers side was not on a 90 degree angle. I also had troubles wit the wiring, the green wire to the passenger side was to short.
