Some information was not complete. For instance, I was looking at a hitch with 4 inch drop/rise and 2 inch drop/rise. The description only mentioned 4 inch.

Hitchweb answered my questions quickly and completely. This was followed up by speedy delivery service. The only way they might improve would be to make use of Canada Post Flex Delivery so they could deliver to Post Office Box / local Post Office. I live in a rural setting on a remote road so had to arrange for an alternate delivery address. Most onlne orders don't make use of this...... I would still rate the experience a 8.5 out of 10.
