Delivery was super fast, just a few days to arrive from the local CURT warehouse. The hitch assembly and hardware were well packaged. No issues, but won't be installing it until next spring.

The item arrived quicky. One thing i would like to point out is that you need to better package the hitch. When I received it part of the hitch went through the box. When I opened the box there was the hitch in a big box no filler paper or any styro to protect the hitch. Luckily there was no appearant damage...

As a first time customer I was extremely pleased with product availability pricing and the fact that the items were shipped on the same day that the order was placed. While there were some minor issues with shipment tracking and a slightly damaged package (courier related) I was even more impressed with how quickly customer service responded and resolved everything (all by email); not only same day but often within 30-60 minutes. That was great customer service!

Ordering and delivery were fine. Unfortunately, i ordered model CURT Model 13494 for my 2020 Outback based on the picture on your website. The picture is actually model 13437 which I was expecting as it is an easier installation process as only a small lower rear panel needs to be removed rather than the entire rear bumper and cover. The installation cost is about double for the 13494 and since i needed a hitch i did not have time to exchange it for the one i wanted. The hitch works fine, but i suggest you insure you have the correct pictures for the various hitches on the website. If i had taken the time to cross reference to the CURT site i would have picked up the error with you wrong pictures. Aside from that annoyance, i was satisfied with the purchase. The CS response by email was quick so that is a positive.
