I was provided with the tracking information with the purchase. I had to ask to receive the tracking number and was given the tracking from supplier to Hitchweb. The box I received was banged up pretty good. The hitch seems to be intact.

This was my first ever transaction with hitchweb. I ordered a Curt Hitch #13473 for my 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe on Jan 15/24. To my surprise the hitch arrived on Jan 17/24 Via Puralator. I live in rural Ont, with very snow stormy conditions. The hitch arrived packed in a heavy duty cardboard box with foam pading, not a mark on the finish. The hitch was shipped with instructions & the fit was perfect. There are less expensive hitches out there but this hitch only has the 2" receiver visible as the rest of the hitch is above the bumper cover. Hitchweb had the best price, & their order / payment system was very easy to understand & use, note I'm almost 70 & not teck savey! I will use this company for future purchases.

I didn't get a shipping notification, so I was surprised when it arrived. It came very quickly (I forget if it was next day or 2 days...but faster than expected for a large item). I have not get had the hitch installed, so I'll see if I have any issues there, but I assume all is good as multiple sites said the one i ordered would fit my vehicle.
