Has been an easy buying throughout the whole process (find the right fitment product, price competetive, ordering ands fast shipping / delivery!

I didnt install the product yet but received it.

I was pleased when I received my hitch quicker than expected, however, the wiring connector that I also ordered was not in the box. The packing slip showed that it should have been. I e-mailed customer service and got no response. I called customer service and they told me that I'd have to take a picture of the box and contents to "prove" that I did not receive the connecter and e-mail the photos to the same e-mail I had already contacted. I was irritated, but did what was asked. I heard nothing back, again. Just a few minutes ago, however, my friendly neighbourhood Purolator Guy delivered the connector in it's own box. So, that was great, but if they had just told me what was happening, I'd have felt a whole lot better about the situation. Until it arrived, I felt like I was being ignored.

Fast shipping, good experience overall.

Overall it was fine. I made an address error which resulted in a delivery issue. The shipper/ Hitchweb did not provide tracking information until I contacted Hitchweb. If tracking information had been provided in a timely manner I could have resolved the address issue immediately and instead had to wait over a week to get the order. However, once the address error was corrected the order arrived with 48 hours and the item appears fine although it hasn't been installed as yet.
