Excellent customer service. I needed the hitch in a short period of time. It was going to ship out of another destination, but the representative that I was communicating with changed my order for pickup and I was able to pick up the hitch. They also confirmed the hitch would work in my truck before setting me up. The hitch is performing great. Overall very happy with hitchweb.

Good price. Free shipping. I was hoping to go get item same day but pick up not available. Ordered Monday, got it Friday. Within the stated shipping estimate but I was trying to make it happen sooner. I was able to talk to a friendly human being a few times. Given wrong tracking number and wrong courier. Item went through 4 carriers before finally arriving. Overall a good experience but I just wish it could have arrived sooner when I needed it. Shipped from GTA and I am only 1+ hours away. I do recommend this company
