I was a little skeptical at first because their prices were so much lower than the other websites I visited and I'd never heard of them before. But I gave them a chance and they delivered. I ordered a hitch for my SUV and it was shipped (free shipping) within a few days. When I received it I found that it hadn't been packaged properly and had been damaged in transit (paint chipped off everywhere from being dropped) so I contacted customer service. They were quick to reply and very helpful, offered to return the item and ship a new one or a credit which I took since I had already installed the hitch (after repainting it). 5/5 service and price, would definitely buy again.

I already knew what hitch receiver would fit my vehicle so searching for the item by brand was a breeze. Now all I have to do is sit "tite" til the order arrives at my front door! Update: item was shipped Monday, I received it Thursday afternoon in good condition and all installation hardware included. There was a small tear at one end of the packaging but I think it was ok.

The hitch arrived on my doorstep before the vehicle did. Never talked to a person but everything went very smoothly, great price, great tracking, everything I need to install. Have another vehicle to buy and will use them again as less then half price as dealer. (If you install yourself, which is easy to do).

I have not installed the hitch yet, but the quality of the welding and the material is top notch. Service was excellent!

A top notch site with a wide verity of parts and accessories at very good prices. There was an issue with my order, some parts were at a different warehouse so they upgraded some of my items for no extra charge. This is quality customer service as the issue really wasn't even a problem but they did it anyway. Highly recommend.

Très satisfait de la rapidité du traitement de ma commande et de la réception du matériel, par contre, le temps estimé pour l'installation inscrit dans le guide est un peu dérisoire (il m'en a fallu beaucoup plus). Aussi, comme je n'ai pas de monte voiture, j'ai préféré défaire le silencieux plutôt que de le laisser pendre par une corde tel que mentionné, de cette façon, mon espace de travail était beaucoup plus accessible. Merci !
