I initially ordered a DrawTite hitch, but I received an email (almost immiediately) stating they were out of stock. I was offered to switch the order to a Curt hitch, and I am VERY happy this happened in the end! I much prefer the Curt hitch in the end, with it being hidden in the bumper. Makes it much less bulky looking and more cosmetically pleasing. The installation was done by my husband. Took him about 2 hours and was not complicated at all! All the other reviews explain tips on how to do it - those were all helpful (release forward exhaust bracket to make it easier to install, have enough lifts to keep crv higher so you have more room to manoeuvre the hitch, make the cut in the bumper a little bit bigger then suggested). All in all - EXCELLENT.

Great service. Hitch was delivered 2 days after ordering. The hitch fit the vehicle perfect, and all hardware was included in the package. The hardest part about the installation was holding the hitch in place while trying to get the nut started on the bolt.
