Very good service and fast shipping

All went well except the final delivery. I didn't know which transport company the purchase was coming on. They didn't have my telephone number. The good thing was the transport company took time to do some searching and theough a chain of people found my number and contacted me. All in all it was a good experience.

I ordered a hitch and wiring harness on a Wednesday around noon time, two hours later the Hitchweb team emailed me, stating that the wiring harness I ordered was In a different warehouse than the hitch. They told me they would substitute a more expensive harness at the lower price! I received them both at the same time, two days after ordering them! I installed them yesterday with no issues. The instructions were very easy to follow and everything went on with ease. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the amazing buying experience!!
