The hitch I ordered arrived within 48 hours and upon realizing I ordered the wrong one, customer service was wonderful to work with in arranging its exchange for the proper hitch.

Overal good shopping experience. Good price compared to local stores. I will have to make some paint touch-ups to the product as I see some paint ships showing bare metal which is a bad sign for future rust...

I ordered this same item from Canadian Tire, waited two weeks, phoned, they told me they had no idea when it would arrive! From Hitchweb.com it arrived in two days! Excellent support services as well!

Right from the get-go everything was clear, simple and easy to order. Excellent! We did have one hiccup - the hitch from one of the suppliers was sent either damaged or it was bent in transit. Hitchweb, (Derek) did a fabulous job sorting things out and we had a new hitch at our home within 2 days. I'm in my mid 60s and these hitches are very easy to install. If you exclude moving the rubber exhaust clamps ( tough on an old guy) it took less than an hour. (Removing and reinstalling the simple rubber exhaust mounts took 30 minutes - screwing around with them on the Subaru Outback.) I had put a CURT hitch on a Jetta the year before and it was an 1.5 hour ...with Bumper removal. Excellent service.

Good fast service from the company. I would deal then them again. The hitch is a very tight fit around the spare tire as I had to us a floor jack to force it into place. Had trouble getting rear muffler hanger back on also as hitch took up space in that area. 2013 Subaru Outback. Hitch Curt 13390
