Great response and follow up right from ordering. Well done! I was surprised to have the hitch arrive 'as is'with no box, only a small amount of broken plastic wrap around the receiver. I am hoping the hardware stuffed in the receiver is complete. The paint is chipped in several places so in order to prevent rust I will have to repaint areas. Yes it's a trailer hitch but I am particular about appearance. Perhaps some better shipping method using a wrap would be good. Appreciate the quick order and delivery. Kudos in that aspect.

I really like Hitchweb, but the 2 hitches I bought both arrived without mounting hardware. That came weeks later in both instances. Please securely tape the hardware to the hitch before shipping. Update: I ordered a third hitch for a new vehicle. Both it and the wiring harness came before the dates promised, and all of the hardware was included. I'm really impressed with Hitchweb.

The hitch arrived in a few days with no shipping charges. Installation was very easy. I used YouTube video instructions for my 2018 RAV4 along with the enclosed printed instructions.

Good price, arrived quickly (sooner than expected), free delivery. Very small scratch in the paint (looks like a knife cut) in the metal, but nothing major. Spray painted easily.

Great solid hitch easy to install. In your instructions you should add to tie off exhaust away front gas tank not much pressure needed,then it's a straight up lift. Did it by myself at home

I purchased the 2" receiver, 4500 lb towing hitch and received it in 3 days. I was very impressed with the service, delivery and easy install. The hitch and wiring I received installed flawlessly. Took a little more time then indicated for the wiring but went well with no issues. The black wire to the battery was a little harder because I was on my back on the garage floor and moving around was harder but was easy to do. Impressed with the quality of the parts and directions. The items i ordered was not in stock. They change for a replacement and it's be ok after these chages.
