I gave this 4 rather than 5 as the hitch was in a MUCH too big box and had punctured the side of the box. However, it is OK and had all parts well taped to it. Is exactly as advertised. Took 7 working days to arrive in BC Thanks for a good transaction - saved $100 over local prices !
