The Curt hitch for our 2018 MINI Cooper Countryman S fit perfectly. Installation was fairly easy for a DYI kind of person. Shipping estimate was accurate within one day. Hitchweb's folks were easy to contact and offered great advice, both by email and by phone. Thanks TEAM!

I chose Hitch Web due to proximity and product availability. I received my order the very next day!! Awesome! So Happy about this! The better instructions I found on the etrailer website, but even then I had to look at several videos. It is because there are vehicle specific issues when disconnecting sensors in the bumber. This should not be done as eTrailer says in one of their videos that the system will have to be reset or recalibrated , who knows what is involved in that. So I did not take the chance additional advice applies to protect the side of the car (left side ) since the wiring is still attached and the side of the car can get scratched. For the Curt wiring the generic guidelines are inadequate and vehicle specific instructions are necessary since I have an Audi Q7 and the tail-lights are in the tailgate.
