We had a bit of a mix up the hitch hardware and the Hitch Web team did a great job sorting the issue.

Found good prices on hitch and wiring that I needed, and had very helpful customer service on the phone prior to ordering. I will definitely return for future hitch and trailer related purchases.

Ordered for my Honda Odyssey 2017. Fast shipping by Purolator; however, packaging was minimum and it arrived scratched on the ends - will have to paint it before installation. I like it is hidden when installed. On my Odyssey 2002 the hitch is below bumper and exposed to the elements - rusted despite of regular rust removal and painting.
